This dish was inspired by the once famous roti goreng back in malaysia. The reason I thought of cooking it is because we have no more rice at home! =P So you could say i was "forced" to cook this. We had some tortilla leftovers from the previous dinner, so I thought maybe I could cut it into thin stripes and cook it like noodles. It turned out alright, although I was hoping for something closer to the delicious roti goreng I had in mind, hehe!
the brown thing is the roti izzit?? is that the roti skin or the roti itself?
ReplyDeleteaiyo.. not roti as in the bread we usually eat lah.. its tortilla(flat and thin mexican sort of bread).. i just cut the whole piece into stripes, and yes its the one that is brownish.
