The craving for home food is back, this time it is Hokkien mee with chunks of delicious pork fat cubes...wuahahaha! To accompany this dish I made some spring rolls to go with it, YUMMY!

its just the colour of the noodle that is supposed to look black, spring roll is just basic filling of pork, prawns, mushrooms, celrery carrots and onions.
