葡式海鲜炒饭

Ok, this blog has been desolated for a bit toooooo long, and since i am trying to get it going, let me try to post something fun...like COOKING.. haha! Since I am just too lazy to type out the recipe in detail, I will just post up pictures of the food. Maybe when i have time(or rather when I feel like it) I would include the recipes as well. =)

I ate this in Royal China, and I loved it, so I tried cooking it by myself, but ended up with a very different version of it, so i kept those versions in my recipe list as my own. This however is a more respectable replicate of the recipe(I didn't have the recipe, so I had to do it by taste-bud memory... if you get what i mean).

  2. haha.. its ok... i know it looks a bit weird, but i am trying my best to follow exactly how the restaurant made it to look like. It does taste nice though. There is seafood, cream, cheese, tumeric, coriander, eggs, fice, and abit of celery(my twist to it).. so I am sure it taste nice... gua..haha!
