Christmas dinner

Since Christmas is usually very quiet here in the UK, I decided, I would also stay at home and have a simple (or not so simple) home cooked dinner.

The menu:

鲑鱼炒饭
辣椒炒豆芽鱼饼
chicken stew
extra-large pig in blankets
绍兴蛋汤青菜

CCC or C3 (in other words, Chocolate Cheese Cake)

I made a chocolate cheesecake for a friends Christmas eve dinner and I meant to take a picture of it before I brought it over. However due to my very serious forgetfulness I forgot to take the picture and only remembered after everyone had their fair share of it.

Thanks to my friend's sister (who by the way own a very interesting blog on food), the "legendary" chocolate chesecake finally found its way onto my blog.... hehe!

And now, let me present to you... THE CHEESECAKE!

Ok, this blog has been desolated for a bit toooooo long, and since i am trying to get it going, let me try to post something fun...like COOKING.. haha! Since I am just too lazy to type out the recipe in detail, I will just post up pictures of the food. Maybe when i have time(or rather when I feel like it) I would include the recipes as well. =)




I ate this in Royal China, and I loved it, so I tried cooking it by myself, but ended up with a very different version of it, so i kept those versions in my recipe list as my own. This however is a more respectable replicate of the recipe(I didn't have the recipe, so I had to do it by taste-bud memory... if you get what i mean).
